Cancellation policy :
Our cancellation policy if a deposit has been paid :
- deposit is refundable (less 10 % for cancellation charges) if cancellation happens at least 21 days prior to arrival.
- In case you reduce your stay less than 21 days prior to arrival, we will charge one night as cancellation fee.
- In case of no-show, we will charge one night as cancellation fee. Our cancellation policy in case of guarantee with a credit card only :
- Should you have to cancel your reservation, the latest to do it without charge, is 72 hours prior to arrival. Otherwise we shall charge the first night on your credit card.
- In case you reduce your stay less than 72 hours prior to arrival, we will charge one night as cancellation fee.
- In case of no-show, we will charge one night as cancellation fee.
