Sophisticated and evolving cuisine

Our two Chefs draw inspiration from France’s finest traditions to create two types of cuisine:

Simple and flavoursome bistrot-style cuisine: fast, reasonably-priced and creative.

Original and delectable gastronomic cuisine that gives pride of place to local produce, such as Racan pigeon, Rivarennes dried pear, and aged cheeses from Rodolphe Le Meunier, with inventiveness and flair.

Our restaurant – L’Orangerie – boasts a bright, well-lit interior, with a beautiful view over the Indre Valley, in which you can enjoy the Chefs’ various culinary creations.

Our sommelier, Vincent, will be delighted to help you choose one the many fine wines that Touraine has to offer, according to your taste. With his charming and straightforward manner, he shares his expertise and knowledge of our superb regional wine producers.
